Manuel Iafrate Head of MAS in Cardiovascular Perfusion

Since 2020, Manuel Iafrate has become head of the Master's program in Cardiovascular Perfusion at the Careum University of Zürich. Since 2014 he works as a perfusionist at CHUV, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois. Between 2017 and 2019 he attended the University of Geneva to achieve his CAS in Adult Education. From 2010 to 2012 he completed his Bachelor in Cardiovascular Perfusion at "La Sapienza" University of Rome. Mr. Iafrate has achieved the EBCP (European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion) accreditation in 2016.
He participated in several humanitarian missions (Africa, Asia) for pediatric cardiac surgery heading clinics and training programs for locals.
