The second Kalaidos Diversity Event gives you the opportunity to learn about mentoring, networking and professional coaching – from real experts with connections. Come follow the panel discussion on career support, learn about our study programs and methods of teaching diversity, mingle and network with likeminded people. Ester Alices-Canosa 

Ester Elices

Ester started in the communications branch in 2000 as the Press Speaker for the Schauspielhaus Zürich, and advanced to a strategic planning role, taking the position of the Head of Brand Asset Valuator and Senior Strategist at Young & Rubicam Zürich. In 2009, Ester was promoted to the Head of Strategy, Young & Rubicam, Madrid, and since 2011, is the Head of Strategic Planning at Publicis in Zürich. Ester studied Communications and Business Sciences, and Social Psychology at the University of Zürich, and lectures at several universities, including the Miami Ad School Madrid.

Dr. Ella Roininen

Ella is an independent educator and the Director of the International Management Institute at the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland. She teaches diversity management, gender equality and organizational culture in a number of institutions internationally. Ella holds a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has a broad education and experience in gender equality in working life. Ella studied and worked in numerous counties: Finland, France, India, The Netherlands, Switzerland, UK and USA. She has experience from publishing, travel & hospitality, health care, event management, banking, retail, and the ICT sectors. Before her current roles, Ella worked eight years at IBM Switzerland managing global teams. Ella is constantly on the move to understand more about power and equality, researching, mentoring and developing innovative concepts and initiatives together with networks from the global business, academic and non-profit community.
