CAS FH in Leadership at SIX english
Exclusive for SIX employees
When
you become a manager at SIX, you have new tasks, competencies and
responsibilities. This change brings with it new challenges, such as agreeing
goals, planning, making decisions, assessing or supporting colleagues.
The
"Leading People" model
introduces new managers to their responsibilities, supports them in navigating
the transitional phase and gives them tips on how to effectively change role.
In-person training is supplemented by accompanying materials and self-study
resources.
The
module can be expanded into the CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies), in other
words into a university qualification with 15 ECTS points. Extensive self-study
materials are available to participants and several transfer reports have to be
submitted.
With
the CAS you can – given the corresponding admission to study at university – go
on to study for an EMBA (Executive Master in Business Administration), an MBA
(Master in Business Administration) or MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) at the
Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences.
