Knowledge Transfer Project gives Executive MBA students the opportunity to showcase and apply international management and cross-cultural management skills

The International Management Institute is proud to be working with the Ammann Group in our 2012 Knowledge Transfer Project. Ammann is a leading supplier of machines, systems and services to the construction industry with core expertise in asphalt and road building worldwide. Representatives from the Ammann Group visited the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences on the 13. January to kick start knowledge transfer days. Knowledge Transfer Project gives Executive MBA students the opportunity to showcase and apply international management and cross-cultural management skills acquired in the course to a real life business case. Students will spend the next four weeks working on the case and will present initial results to Ammann management in February. Executive MBA students will also spend two full days at the company’s headquarters in Langenthal, where they will get a chance to work and interact with the Ammann Group. Presentation of the final results will take place at the Ammann Group HQ at the end of February.
