Excel in your career progress - join our unique women back to business and talent development program!

"Joining the CAS in Business Personal Development program was a brilliant decision. The course components enabled me to develop in a wide range of leadership areas. I learned to reflect our interpretations and experiences of "gender", master new and actual leadership tools, and re-think my business ideas. I received valuable input for project management and, last but not least, got to know new people who inspired me enormously. The most exciting part of the study program was that I could try out and apply the learnings immediately in my work. Wow – simply fantastic!" Petra Aeberhard, student winter semester 2016-17
