About us

The International Management Institute supervises all English-language postgraduate education for the Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences, both academically and in terms of administration. Our approach to education has four main goals:

  • to provide our students with the necessary academic foundations through practice-oriented teaching
  • to enable our students to profit from both the lecturer’s know-how and their combined professional experience
  • to enable our students to continually transfer the acquired knowledge into their work practice
  • to enable our students to grow personally and professionally.

Official accreditation from both the Swiss Federal Council and FIBAA. FIBAA, like AACSB (US) and AMBA (UK), is one of the world's leading and recognized accreditation agencies. Our status as one of the oldest and largest management schools in Switzerland, with a large ALUMNI body, and extensive joint initiatives with corporations, together with more than 2,000 students enrolled at any one time, are a testament to our offering to you.

Our faculty, curriculum, students, and approach are multinational in orientation. Students and corporates alike benefit from our expanding network of international partners. Our flagship Executive MBA program is currently delivered in Switzerland to an international student body taught by a faculty from 15 countries.
